How to Start Business with 1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee
Step 1: COMPLETE AN APPLICATION

Step 2: SCHEDULE FOR REVIEW
Our representative will provide more information about 1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee, including budget, real estate, territories, etc.
Step 3: FIND A LOCATION
The ideal size to build a 1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee store is between 1,000–2,000 sq. ft. The location must be approved by our corporate team.
Step 4: BRAND DISCOVERY
Visit one of our stores, test the products, and meet with the team to get a better feel for our brand.
Step 5: FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS
Upon mutual agreement, the Franchise Agreement will be sent to you for signing.
Step 6: CONSTRUCTION
Construction typically takes 4–6 months. We will assist with the floor plan and provide a full 3D decorative design layout.
Step 7: TRAINING
One month before the Grand Opening, franchisees will come to 1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee Headquarters for a 3–4 day training program.
Step 8: SET UP
All furniture, kitchen equipment, and ingredients will be delivered before the opening day.
Step 9: GRAND OPENING
You’re now officially a franchisee! A senior trainer from 1102 will assist on-site for up to 5 days to ensure smooth operations.
